Oh My Goodness!!! I am obsessed with snowflakes ❄️ so couldn't be more excited that Taylored Expressions has added a large snowflake die in the new Snow Crystals card making kit. WooHoo!
I've lived in areas with months and months of snow and cold but for the past 20 years I've lived in the desert Southwest where the only thing we're shoveling is sunshine ☀️. Since snow is an anomaly in my current home town, maybe that's why I get so giddy about paper crafting snowflakes ... regardless, I hope you have as much fun with these new products as I have. ❄️ Let's get started!!!
Below you'll see a few cards I created with the new Snow Crystals card making kit along with product links. If you see something that really grabs your crafty heart, be sure to check back throughout the week to read my blog articles with details on how I created these little beauties.
I call this one Frosted Snowflake. White on white on white and lots of dimension. This might be my favorite ... so far!
This one is called Silver Snowflake. Tone on tone with some ink blending. This might be one of my favorites too 😉.
This one is called Dangling Snowflake. I did my best to photograph it so you could see that the snowflake is dangling in an open circle.
If you're looking for a quick card, this might be the one for you! This is a foiled panel that I colored using 3 Copic markers. This fun, bright, whimsical card was s delight to create!
I wish you could see this in person! I call it the Minty Snowflake. Actually the snowflakes are white but the background was made using 2 minty inks, hence the name ☺️. It's such a pretty card.
Again, be sure to check back in the coming days as I'll be adding Blog posts featuring each of these cards with details on how they were created and I might even throw in some Bonus projects! Stay tuned!!!
Thanks for stopping by! I hope you're inspired to make some snow! ❄️💕
