🎶 Love Is In The Air 🥰

Taylored Expressions has out-done themselves with this Valentine's release! WOWZER!!! So many amazing products to please any crafter 🩵

I had the pleasure of creating projects with 3 of the products being offered today and had a blast using them.

First off, let's see the quirky card I created using the new Eye Spy die set 🤓

I added Wiggle Eyes and even made some flashy eyelashes for some added fun to these retro looking eyeglasses! And I have to admit, the "You Still Look 21 From Over Here" sentiment is my favorite from the Truly Spectacular stamp & die sentiment set. Anyone over 22 will appreciate that one 😉!

And next up, is my Valentine rendition of the Sweater Weather set which was released last Autumn. Having these new adornments for that kit makes our products much more versatile. Another reason I love Taylored Expressions ... they're always thinking of ways to stretch our supplies!

The new Sweater Weather - Valentine Foil-It panels came in handy on both of these projects to create some unbeatable shine! I used The Insider panels on both of these cards but failed to photograph them, so if you're wondering why I didn't add a sentiment to the front .... it's on the inside! On the Blue sweater I used The Insiders - Happy Occasions panel which says "Consider this a hug folded in half, wrapped with warmth, and sealed with love." Very fitting, don't you agree?

And lastly using the new Full of Hearts layering stencils and 3-D embossing folder I created this darling little number in some of my favorite colors.

I speak of this often in my Blog posts, but each ink pad offers so many variations of color! Take the Concord Grape for instance. With a really light hand, you'll get a periwinkle color. Add a little more strength and you'll get a light purple. Give it some gusto and you'll get that dark Concord color. Same with the Strawberry Milkshake and most every Taylored Expressions ink color in your ink drawer! So play with your blending and see how many colors you can come up with!

Again, this card has the sentiment on the inside. I used one that says "You’re on my mind and in my heart, even though we’re far apart." from The Insiders - Everyday Occasions. That ties the hearts in with the adorable house from Gingerbread Lane stamp & die set. And did you happen to notice the cute x's and o's and clay hearts from the newly released Bits & Pieces - XOXO that some of us got with our Advent Calendar this past December.
