Throwback Thursday Vol. 1

YAY !!!! Throwback Thursday is back !!!!

This weeks Throwback Thursday featured products are the Easy Edgers, Hedgehugs Stamp & Stencil Combo, To The Point sentiments and the Flower Fields 6x6 Stamp & Stencil Combo. All of these amazing products were GWP items this past January and February so if you missed out on them earlier this year, now's your chance to grab them for your crafty stash!

To help stretch your supplies, these new coordinating products are being added to the Taylored Expressions store: Flower Fields 3D Embossing Folder, Hedgehugs Cutting Plate, and To The Point Coordinating Dies!

We all love Taylored Expressions for the generous, and might I add, well crafted, freebies they include with our orders so when they add coordinating items to go along with those GWP products, well, it just makes our crafting that much more fun!!!

Here are a few projects I made with these Throwback Thursday items.

Making these cards I started off knowing I'd use the Easy Edgers (which you'll see on 2 of the 3 cards). So for the main panel I used the Flower Fields stamp and stencil to create a 6 x 6 inch panel. Out of that single panel I was able to create these 3 cards! Don't you love it when you can get multiple cards out of one panel!!??!! I'll write a future Blog post showing how these 3 cards came together, but for now you can scroll down to get a list of all the supplies I used.

For this card I created a tri-fold with a belly band. Using the new Flower Fields 3D Embossing Folder as the main focal point, then I stenciled the left flap with the Delightful Daisy stencil, then added that big, beautiful flower using the Layer-It Daisy dies. To finish this one off I used one of my favorite Insider panels. We go thru those times when either we're not quite fine or one of our closests friends is having a moment. I love this panel because it directly addresses a possible mental health downfall yet ads a gentle bit of humor to the situation to take away some of that fear or lighten the mood for that person you care about.
