The Making of a Trio of Scattered Blooms Cards.
I cannot tell you how much I LOVE this card kit 🩷🌸🩷 If it involves flowers or plants I turn all googly eyed and think pink (naturally 😉).
I must have created a half-dozen panels with the stencils right after I received this kit and love it both with and without the foil. The photo below shows foiled on the left and non-foiled on the right.
While I was inking these two panels up I decided to use some of the components from the Taylored Expressions March 2024 GWP All Planned Out 1 for these first 2 cards. I love how they turned out so know I'll be grabbing this die set a lot in the future because of the versatility of all the pieces included in it!
To finish this cute card it just needed a cute little bumble bee from the Taylored Expressions Bee's Knees products because they're just meant to 'bee' together. Don't you agree 🐝🌸
For this last card I used the foiled cut-out flowers and topped the scored card front with a piece of the gingham panel cut to mimic the angle in the 2 cards above. Foiling the flowers still allows them to have a soft appearance but with a little more definition.
Oh! I almost forgot! I promised in my Scattered Blooms Release Blog post this past Tuesday that if you weren't able to get this die set while it was offered, I'd put measurements of the large cutting plate here for you so here ya go.
Feel free to refer back to my Release Blog article for a link to the products I used for this trio of cards or if you have any questions please comment below and I'll get right back to you!
Thanks for stopping by today! I truly hope you were able to get your own Scattered Blooms card making kit to add a little Spring into your crafty card making 🌸
xoxo, Deby 💕
