🌸 Let's take a closer look at the Garden Variety 2 cards I created!

On the first card I created I cut a mask using the new Taylored Expressions masking paper and using the Serene Scene Landscape dies to create a flowy piece so the stenciling would only be on the left hand side of my card panel. I then stamped it using the Gathered Greenery background stamp in Salt Water Taffy ink.

This is an 'after' photo showing the Taylored Expressions Take Two - Pretty Polka Stencil that I used on this oval framed floral card using the same masking technique as shown above.

And here's that finished card with embellishments and a foiled sentiment.

The second card I made using this masking technique turned out to be my favorite one of the two. I just love all the dimension on this one 💙 And that Rustic Watering Can!!! 🤩

And you can see that I continued the flowy, wavy theme by using those same Serene Scene dies I used for the masking piece to also cut both of the front panels for these cards to create movement and interest.
